I've always thought Babe was a metaphor for someone huge. Extrapolate his life into that of a struggling human's and you could easily get a prophet like Gandhi. He overcomes struggles, leaps over borders and boundaries, and in the end achieves what people thought was once unimaginable. He re-calibrates the imaginations of us all. (Sorry to get a little over-the-top about a wee-pig, but just like in the movie, he doesn't get enough respect.)
